LEADERSHIP
The Blue Sea Watershed Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors that members elect at the Annual General Meeting. The Board is comprised of an Executive Committee (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer), and up to five Directors at large.
Board seats are numbered from (1) to (9). Elections for odd-numbered seats are held on odd-numbered years, and elections for even-numbered seats are held on even-numbered years. Directors are elected to serve a two-year term, however, should any seats become vacant between Annual General Meetings can be appointed, by the Board, on an interim basis.
